EduSchools App is a phone application created to help Students Guardian keep an UpToDate record of there fees payments as well as there child(ren)’s location. The app allows the user to enter the student number and the password as set by the school, which can also be changed by the Guardian or students

PASSWORD SHARING

The password created by the Guardian can never be shared with anybody. The access to students data is only limited to the person or entity baring the password and student number of the students.

PHOTOS POPI ACT

The App allows the holder to change the photo that appears on student’s statement and student’s records within the school. The app does not require to save the photo to the device its installed on as the photo is saved directly to the school database.

CONTACT INFORTMATION

The guardian or holder of the application can change the Contact information to keep and updated record of the current contacts the school can use to reach guardians. The school using this app should be able to give the guardian an updated privacy policy on how they use that information but the app does not keep such information. only the school has the right to that information and such will be used as described by the school policies

ATTENDANCE REPORTING

The attendance of every child will be updated on the app as soon as the child signs into the school and also when the child signs out of the school. The Guardian can check at anytime where their child is. The App does not yet have Geo-Location and therefore will not be used to track children who have stayed away from school or those who at any time have decided they will not tag in for registration
