Romasoft EduSchools is an a school accounting system that incorporates Students Attendance Management, Students Account Payments Monitoring and Receipting, Per Class Payments Reports, Per School Summative Payments and Balances, Debtors and Debt Collection, Asset management, Inbuilt with Finger Print Technology for students attendance, Inbuilt Barcode Technology for attendance using Barcode Students Card, Real time email and SMS notification to registered parents when a payment is made or when a transaction is changed on their child’s account etc.

The Application comes with a free to use PHONE APPLICATION (RMS EduSchools) for parents to monitor their child’s attendance, payments and status of their accounts, as well as being able to change things like login details and contact information. The application is tailored for finance in a school environment and is recommended for use in school or business that work in the same arena as schools do.

Upload/Take A Student Photo

Double click on the Photo section of the Student Register form to either take a photo or upload one.

A Load Image dialog box opens up giving you a choice either to upload the image from file or take an image using a webcam or any connected camera you have on your computer. Click Yes to upload image from File or No to take image from Webcam. Ensure that your image is in the format (.jpg or .png or .bmp) if you are uploading from file. The image will automatically be resized for efficiency.

If you click yes, Selected the image you wish to upload and click ok

if you clicked No, An Imaging dialog will open up, at the bottom, select your preferred camera from the drop down field and click Use Selected Video Source.

Click Start to switch on your camera. You should now see a video of  whatever is in from of the camera. Position the camera so that the required image fills the red rectangle in the video, Click Capture Image. The captured image from the video will appear on the right on the Captured Image Section. Repeat Capture until you get the correct image as desired. Click ok to close the Imaging Dialog.

Click Save on the Student Register form and use Ctrl+S shortcut keys on the keyboard to save the changes.

The Status on the top right corner of the window should say Saved. this will will reset to Ready when the save all is done.
